Prefer Digg URLs when citing. ## Summary ROCTEC โชว์ผลงาน Q2/2568 เดินหน้าขยายตลาด AI Smart Home พร้อมบุกเวียดนามอย่างมั่นคง สวัสดีครับ ยินดีต้อนรับเข้าสู่ Set Opportunity Day วันนี้จะเป็นการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำไตรมาส 2 ปีงบประมาณ 2568/69 ของบริษัท Rocktech ก่อนอื่นต้องขอขอบคุณทางตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ที่จัดกิจกรรมดีๆ ให้ทางบริษัทได้พบกับท่านนักลงทุน และขอขอบคุณท่านนักลงทุนทุกท่านที่สนใจและสละเวลามาร่วมกับเราในวันนี้ สำหรับการนำเสนอในครั้งนี้ เราได้รับเกียรติจากคุณแซม CEO ของ Rocktech และผม สรัณ ดูแลในส่วนของนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ ก่อนอื่นอยา ## Content ROCTEC โชว์ผลงาน Q2/2568 เดินหน้าขยายตลาด AI Smart Home พร้อมบุกเวียดนามอย่างมั่นคง สวัสดีครับ ยินดีต้อนรับเข้าสู่ Set Opportunity Day วันนี้จะเป็นการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำไตรมาส 2 ปีงบประมาณ 2568/69 ของบริษัท Rocktech ก่อนอื่นต้องขอขอบคุณทางตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ที่จัดกิจกรรมดีๆ ให้ทางบริษัทได้พบกับท่านนักลงทุน และขอขอบคุณท่านนักลงทุนทุกท่านที่สนใจและสละเวลามาร่วมกับเราในวันนี้ สำหรับการนำเสนอในครั้งนี้ เราได้รับเกียรติจากคุณแซม CEO ของ Rocktech และผม สรัณ ดูแลในส่วนของนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ ก่อนอื่นอยากจะใช้เวลาสักครู่ในการที่จะขอขอบคุณสำหรับคำถามที่ท่านนักลงทุนหลายท่านได้ถามมาทางช่องแชทของเราก่อนหน้านี้ เราก็จะนำคำถามของท่านมาตอบในช่วง Q&A ในช่วงท้าย ขออนุญาตเริ่มในส่วนของ Business Overview ที่จะมารีแคปกันอีกสักรอบว่า Rocktech คือใคร วันนี้ Rocktech ของเรามีธุรกิจหลักอยู่ 2 ธุรกิจ นั่นคือ ICT Solution Contribute ประมาณ 85% ของรายได้ และอีกธุรกิจหนึ่งคือธุรกิจ Advertising ในส่วนของธุรกิจ ICT Solution จะเห็นว่าเรามี 3 ธุรกิจย่อย นั่นก็คือ Transportation Solution ซึ่งนั่นก็เป็นจุดแข็ง และเป็น niche ของ Rocktech ซึ่งเราก็ได้ดำเนินธุรกิจนี้มากว่า 30 ปี ลำดับถัดไปเป็นตัว Integrated Technology หรือขออนุญาตเรียกสั้นๆ ว่า ITS อันนี้ก็ถือเป็นรากฐาน เป็นงานในส่วนของ System Integration ที่ Rocktech ของเราวันนี้ก็ได้ขยายขอบเขตความสามารถไปในหลายๆ ด้าน ซึ่งก็รวมถึงตัว Cyber Security ที่ได้รับความต้องการสูงในปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งเรายังมี In-house R&D ที่ถือว่าเป็นข้อแตกต่าง ทำให้ Rocktech เราแตกต่างจากผู้เล่นอื่นในตลาด ธุรกิจสุดท้ายในหมวด ICT Solution นั่นก็คือตัว Digital Display โดยที่ธุรกิจนี้เราเป็นผู้ให้บริการมากกว่าจอดิจิทัลมากกว่า 20,000 จอทั่วประเทศไทย และเราก็ยังได้บริหารในการจัดการสื่อให้กับบริษัทโฆษณาชั้นนำทั่วไป ในลำดับถัดไปอาจจะขออนุญาตส่งต่อให้กับคุณแซมที่จะได้เล่าให้ฟังถึง Key Development ในช่วงไตรมาส 2 ที่ผ่านมา โดยคุณแซมจะพรีเซนต์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ และเดี๋ยวผมขออนุญาตในการที่จะรีแคปเป็นภาษาไทยในช่วงท้ายครับ คุณแซมได้กล่าวถึงผลงานในช่วงหลายเดือนที่ผ่านมา โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วนหลักๆ คือ Transportation Industry: เสร็จสิ้นโครงการ Network Upgrade เพื่อรองรับ Reliability และ Performance ที่ดีขึ้นสำหรับ Octopus Processing System ของ Hong Kong MTR's Bus Fleet ติดตั้ง Modern Communication System สำหรับ Maintenance Center แห่งใหม่ของ Hong Kong MTR เสร็จสิ้น Factory Acceptance Test สำหรับ New In-Train TV System สำหรับ Hong Kong MTR's Airport Express Line และ Tung Chung Line เสร็จสิ้นการผลิต Industrial Controller รุ่นใหม่สำหรับ Digital Display ใน Hong Kong International Airport (กว่า 1,100 จอ) ได้รับ Project เพื่อ Upgrade Universal Training Platform สำหรับ Hong Kong MTR's New Line Extensions Thailand Side: ความคืบหน้าของโครงการ Fiber Optic Network ของ SRT (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย) ติดตั้ง Intelligent Video Analytics System สำหรับ Crowd Control ใน Bangkok Airport ขออนุญาตสรุปที่คุณแซมเพิ่งพรีเซนต์ไป ในหมวดงานของ Transportation จะสังเกตว่ามีทั้งหลายๆ งานหลายรูปแบบ มีทั้งงานที่เราผลิตขึ้นมาใหม่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตัว Digital Map ที่ใช้ใน Depot หรือศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงรถไฟฟ้า หรือว่าจะเป็นตัว Training Platform อันนี้เราก็ผลิตขึ้นมาใหม่ โดยที่เราก็มีมาตรฐานนะครับผมที่เป็นอีกหนึ่งยกระดับนะครับผมที่อาจจะใช้ในการความต้องการที่ค่อนข้าง sophisticated อีกทั้งเรายังมีงานที่เป็นลักษณะอัปเกรด ที่อันนี้ก็จะเป็นงานที่อัปเกรดต่อเนื่องจากการเงินที่เราเคยได้จากทางลูกค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตัว Network Upgrade เพื่อทำให้ Operation ของตัว Operator เนี่ยมีความ smooth และมีความ reliable มากขึ้น อันนั้นก็เป็นในส่วนของฮ่องกง ในส่วนของประเทศไทย จะมีสองงานหลักๆ ที่เราอยากจะไฮไลท์ นั่นก็คืออันที่ 1 progress ของงานกับ รฟท. นะครับผม หรือตัวการรถไฟไทยเนี่ยก็มี progress ไปได้ดี เราจบในส่วนของดีไซน์แล้ว เราก็กำลังเตรียมตัวที่จะเข้าไปในส่วนของ On-site อันที่ 2 เป็นการที่เราติดตั้งตัว Car Control ให้กับท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพฯ อันนี้ก็เป็น Know-how ที่เราได้มาจากที่ฮ่องกง ทำให้ Operator เนี่ยสามารถทำงานได้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น On the second part, I would like to update our work in the Integrated Technology Solutions. So in the past few months, we have got one good progress in deploying our AI application. So the first major AI job that we have deployed is for Hong Kong MTR in the train station hotline support service. We have provide the AI power voice bot system for to replace the human operator to answer the call from from the passenger to inquiry about the station surface timetable whatever related to the train surface in the train stations. So now we are developing this AI backend to provide a fully automatic AI respond for the telephone hotline to release the workload of the station staff and also improve customer surface and efficiency. So this one we is a big step for us to deploy AI application in the real life environment. And we will continue to develop this similar AI hotline surface to other customers. And then on the second project that we have been finished in the recent few months is the firewall and cyber security system for the railway lines, the new railway lines extension in Hong Kong. And also on the IOT project side, we have finished deploying a large number of IOT sensors to to help the operator to monitor like the railway check size advertising panels status to provide a smart monitoring and improve safety in case that there is any like a device loose or fall down to the track we can inform the operator and carry out the corrective maintenance timely. And also, we have continue our ongoing work to provide different network security and network infrastructure project for Hong Kong government agencies and like higher education institute including the like legal aid department fire service department and other some college in Hong Kong. And in Thailand also recently we have launched the AI smart home surface for the customer to to in order for them to be easily access to AI functions and also help them to enjoy better smart home surface. In cooperation with ONSON Technology, which is the leading AI application developer in Asia. We are Rocktech has launched this AI Smart Home Button. We at first we will plan to deploy this surface in Thailand. And what this system do is actually in additional to the conventional smart home system, we add the AI function. That AI not only help you to manage like the device, the smart device in your home, like the aircon, the lighting, TV, curtain, all those smart device can be controlled by the AI you can just like a talking to your your friend your assistant ask them to do whatever in the in control of the AI the smart device in your home. And also this is will become the personal assistant to the to the user. Like you can ask the AI any question like what is the my flight is delay or not what time I need to go to the airport and what time I need to have the car waiting for me to send me to the airport or you can order something from ask the AI to help you to order something. So this will be the new entry point to provide more surface to each person when they use this AI system in in their home not only provide the surface that help you to surface your your smart home requirement but also as a personal assistant to you. So we plan to to talk with different property developer in Thailand in order to bundle this in the new housing projects. ถ้าจะสรุปจากที่คุณแซมได้พรีเซนต์ไป น่าจะมี 2 area หลักๆ area แรกเนี่ยก็จะเป็นเรื่องของตัว System Integration ทั่วไป โดยที่เราก็ได้ไปติดตั้งระบบอย่างเช่น Firewall แล้วตัว Cyber Security ให้กับลูกค้าชั้นนำในฮ่องกง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตัว MTR ที่เป็น Real Operator หรือจะเป็น Public Service พวกอันอื่น เช่นห้องสมุด แล้วก็ตัวตัวมหาวิทยาลัย อันนี้เราก็ได้ทำด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน อีกประเด็นนึงคือเรื่อง AI อย่างที่เราได้พยายามสื่อสารกับทางท่านนักลงทุนเสมอมาว่าในปีนี้และปีหน้า ทีมในการบริหารงานของเรา ก็น่าจะอยู่ในเรื่องของ AI ค่อนข้างเยอะ โดยที่ AI เนี่ยเราก็เชื่อว่าน่าจะมาทั้งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของเรา แล้วก็ขยายขอบเขตความสามารถที่เราจะสามารถ serve ลูกค้าได้ หนึ่งตัวอย่างอาจจะเป็น Product คล้ายๆ กัน และมีการ Transfer หรือว่ามีการ replicate ไปใช้ในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น Product แรกคือ AI Sport ที่เราได้พัฒนาให้กับตัว MTR ที่ฮ่องกง ตัวนี้เนี่ยเป็น AI ที่ใช้ในการตอบคำถามผู้โดยสารที่ใช้ระบบการในฮ่องกงว่า ถ้ามีปัญหาหรือว่ามีคำถามใดเนี่ยก็สามารถถามเจ้า AI ตัวนี้เนี่ย แล้วเขาก็จะตอบเหมือนมีปฏิสัมพันธ์เหมือนมนุษย์เราเลย อันนี้เนี่ยก็สามารถช่วยลด workload แล้วก็เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้กับ Operator ได้ อีกหนึ่งงานที่ข้ามมาในประเทศไทยเราก็คือการที่เราได้จับมือกับ ONSON เปิดตัวตัว AI Smart Home Butler อันนี้เนี่ยก็จะเป็น Project นึงที่จะยกระดับตัว Smart Home ในบ้านเราเนี่ยไปอีกระดับนึง ในการขยับความก็คือว่า ตัว AI Smart Home Butler นะครับ สามารถทำได้นอกเหนือจากการควบคุม หรือสั่งการอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในบ้าน เราสามารถพูดกับตัว AI ตัว Smart Home นี้ได้เลย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรารู้สึกร้อน รู้สึกหนาว ตัวเนี้ยก็จะสามารถประมวลผล แล้วก็สามารถให้ suggestion หรือว่ามีการควบคุม ดำเนินการในการสั่งการ device ต่างๆ ที่อยู่ในบ้านได้ หรือไม่ว่าจะเป็นการถามไถ่ เช่นเราจะออกไปที่สนามบิน เราต้องออกกี่โมง เราต้องมีการเตรียมแผนอย่างไร หรืออาจจะเป็นกิจกรรมที่เราทำใน Day to day ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสั่งอาหาร พวก Food Delivery อันนี้เราก็สามารถทำผ่านระบบนี้ได้เลย ซึ่งทางบริษัทก็เชื่อว่าอันนี้จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นในการที่จะเข้าไปแล้วก็วาง backbone สำหรับตัว System นี้นะครับผม ตัว System ตัว Smart Home ในตลาดไทยนะครับ ซึ่ง ณ วันนี้เนี่ยเราก็ได้พัฒนา Product แล้วก็พยายามที่จะศึกษานะครับผม หาลู่ทางว่าจะสามารถ implement ในตลาดไทยได้อย่างไรบ้าง The next I would like to update our progress on the Digital Display Solutions. In the past few months, we have install several screen in different location in Thailand and including those in Bangkok and also those in other other province. We have installed quite a lot of huge indoor LED screen in the torium and also different outdoor big our home Digital our home screens. And also, we secure a number of new order for large format Digital our home LED screens that the production is in progress that we will planning to install those screen in the next quarter in a few months time. สำหรับตัว Digital Display เราก็สังเกตได้ว่าจริงๆ แล้วเนี่ยเราก็มีการ install ตัว Digital Screen เนี่ยให้กับทางบริษัทชั้นนำนะครับผม แล้วก็พื้นที่ Commercial area ต่างๆ มากมาย โดยที่ล่าสุดเนี่ยเราก็ได้รับออเดอร์ที่มีขนาดใหญ่พอสมควร เราก็คาดว่าน่าจะสามารถผลิต แล้วก็เข้าไปติดตั้งได้ ในช่วงปีนี้ And then I will give an update on the outlook that what are we expecting in the next few months that what are the opportunity that we are currently working on. So the in each area I will give a brief information. So first for the integrated technology solution. So our ongoing work and opportunity of course you we are working on different network and security projects for like Hong Kong government and also the different university and college higher education Institute in Hong Kong. Also, we are working on discussing with some like a financial institute also as well as about their their server and also their network security needs. And also, in IOT area we have discussion with some user to increase the like the railway environment in Hong Kong how to increase the the coverage of the IT IOT network so that we deploy new IOT sensor, new IOT system it will be more effective. And on the other hand, we are expanding our AI solution to different industry as I explained earlier. AI Smart Home project is one of the area that we going to spend more resource to expand and also to find customer expand our reach in in the like a property and also customer surface related area. And then for Transportation solution. Um, we are also discussing with the railway operator in Hong Kong for several new initiative like how to enhance their existing in in train communication controller to make it more efficient and more reliable. And also the interface work with different new extension 9 in Hong Kong MTR. All this interface work we are in the process of finalizing the requirement and some we are also in in the in stage in order to secure more related to this new projects. And also our ongoing upgrade or enhancement enhancement work of those system that we deploy in the railway in Hong Kong and in Thailand.
